To be played on March 18th, 2012

Dear members,

Always one of the highlights of the Fives calendar, the EFA Trophy qualifying rounds will take place on March 18th, 2012. it was in 2001 for the last time, when the Zuoz Fives Club Zurich went to London for a tournament. The next occation will in March 2012. to play the EFA Trophy at Eton. 

With approx. 12 teams entering the tournament, the teams will split between two venues, with one group playing at Eton and the other at Harrow. The Zuoz Fives Club will play at Eton. In the end, it is the four top seeds who will make it through to the semi-finals by the end of March, but there was much more to the day's Fives than just the question of who qualified.

 Agenda:

- 17th March: individual arrival at London & welcome dinner

- 18th March: tournament & family progamm & fives dinner

- 19th March: individuell programm & departure

As usual, we are offering a special “Ladies/Family’ programme” on Saturday. Windsor Castle is just around the corner of Eton. Tea-time with the Queen is scheduled (if she is not playing Fives, of course)! The organizing committee is taking care of hotel arrangements, transportation, dinners & side event. Flights to and from the UK are subject of the individual travellers.
